Microsoft plans to discontinue Azure Kinect Developer Kit, a depth-sensing camera it released in 2019, in October 2023 — Microsoft thought it had the next generation of technology control inputs when it first revealed the Kinect motion-tracking camera sensor for its Xbox 360 console.
